Terms of service

1. Agreement
By creating a membership or buying a class pack you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete signup.
2. Membership types
We offer two product types:
- Weekly memberships (Essentials / Active / Unlimited) billed via Stripe at the published weekly rate. Membership auto-renews weekly until you cancel.
- Class packs (3-pack / 5-pack / 10-pack) — a one-off payment that entitles you to a fixed number of classes to use within the pack's expiry window (90 days for 3/5-packs, 180 days for 10-packs). Packs do not auto-renew.
3. Billing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Weekly memberships are charged on the same day of the week you first signed up. Payments are processed by Stripe. A GST invoice is emailed after each successful charge.
4. Pausing, upgrading, cancelling
- Pause — weekly memberships can be paused for up to 4 weeks at a time via the member dashboard. You won't be charged during a pause.
- Upgrade / downgrade — you can change tier at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal; proration applies.
- Cancel — you can cancel your subscription any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep class access until then.
- Class packs — once purchased, class packs are non-refundable and expire on the date shown at purchase. Unused credits do not roll over.
5. Booking + cancellation policy
- Classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.
- You can cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the class start time — the credit (or unlimited slot) is returned.
- Cancellations within 2 hours of class start are treated as attendance — the credit is consumed. No-shows the same.
6. Health + safety
Clinical Pilates is delivered by qualified physiotherapists. By booking a class you confirm:
- You've disclosed any injuries or medical conditions that might affect your participation.
- You'll listen to the instructor and won't perform movements you're unsure about.
- You understand exercise carries a risk of injury, and we accept no liability for injury arising from non-disclosure or failure to follow instructor guidance.
7. Refunds
We don't offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds for billing errors or misrepresentation are handled case-by-case — email hello@topcareplus.com.au. If Stripe or your bank disputes a charge and it's upheld against us, we'll refund + cancel your membership.
8. Code of conduct
The clinic is a small, shared space. Members agree to treat staff and other members with respect, arrive on time, and follow reasonable instructions from staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for repeated breaches.
9. Changes to terms
We'll notify members via email at least 14 days before any material change to these terms or to published pricing.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
